The U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General (OIG) is a separate, independent oversight agency of the U.S. Postal Service, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, and the Postal Regulatory Commission. The tools below will help us identify the issue you’re experiencing and appropriately route your concern or inquiry.
